Signals depend on third-party data and rule-based model outputs. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or future investment performance.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions bill monthly or annually in advance. Trial, renewal, cancellation, and invoice handling are managed through Stripe.
5. Permitted Use
You may use the product for your own research and decision support. You may not scrape, resell, redistribute, or abuse the service.
6. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the product, or create operational or security risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Hush and its operators are not liable for investment losses or other indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
