Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Investment Helper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not Financial Advice

Investment Helper provides informational signals only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice.

Signals are generated by a rule-based scoring model applied to publicly available financial data. They reflect historical and current fundamentals — not predictions of future price movements or returns. You should not make any investment decision solely based on signals from this Service. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

3. No Guarantees

Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. We make no warranty, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of signals or the underlying data. Markets are unpredictable. You may lose money.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial investment research. You may not resell, redistribute, or share signals with third parties. You may not scrape, crawl, or automated-access the Service. One account per person.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investment Helper and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any investment losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
